How To Get Scholarship For Research Master’s & PhD Programs in Canada
Student Enrollment Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are effective November 9, 2020
This Terms and Conditions outlines the relationship between CanadEx Immigration Consulting Inc., (hereinafter “CanadEx”), and the “Student.”
By enrolling into the CanadEx’s Scholarship Magnet Coaching Program, the Student agrees to the terms and conditions below.
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants contained in this Terms and Conditions, the parties agree as follows:
CanadEx Responsibilities and Commitments
The Student has consented to enroll in CanadEx’s Scholarship Magnet Coaching Program on How to Get Scholarship for Research Master’s and PhD Programs in Canada.
In consideration of the enrollment fees paid by the Student, the CanadEx agrees to deliver the Scholarship Magnet Coaching program by doing the following:
- Provide a 6-Month access to the Scholarship Magnet Coaching Program
- Provide a 1-Hour Strategy session to guide the Student to figure out his/her Research Area, Research Question, Research Method and Research Theoretical Framework
- Provide guidance to the Student on the intricacies of how to submit application for Research Master’s or PhD programs in Canada.
- Provide the Student with details of funded Research Master’s and PhD Program’s in Canada.
- Provide the student with a 6-step strategy on how to get scholarship for Research Master’s and PhD Scholarship in Canada.
- Provide a sample Research Proposal and Statement of Purpose to guide the Student in his/her application.
- Provide the Student with a formula on how to communicate with prospective research supervisors to obtain research supervision commitment.
- Provide a “one-time” expert review and feedback to the Student on their Research Proposal, Statement of Purpose and CV.
- Provide Weekly Group Coaching Call/Q&A Sessions for 8 Weeks
- Provide 6-Month email support to the Student
- Provide a Blueprint on Canada Student Visa Application Strategy
- Through its Scholarship Magnet Coaching Program, CanadEx seeks to increase the Student’s chances of being admitted and awarded funding, but CanadEx does not guarantee admission or scholarship
- The Student’s Responsibilities and Commitments
The Student agrees to devote time to study the contents of the Scholarship Magnet Coaching and implement its strategy as well as prepare all the necessary application documents
- The Student agrees to call CanadEx for the 1 Hour Strategy Call
- The Student agrees to attend the Weekly Coaching/Q&A Sessions
- The Student agrees to seek clarification on any of CanadEx’s coaching contents.
- The Student agrees to contact their chosen university in Canada to seek further clarifications on any unclear application process.
- The Student agrees to submit their application by themselves directly to the school
- Enrollment Fee and Payment Process
The Enrollment fee for the Scholarship Magnet Coaching Program is as stated on the payment page and shall be subject to change periodically.
The Enrollment fee shall be paid in full.
Applicable Taxes according Canada’s tax rules to shall apply where necessary: 13% GST |
Payment Method
The enrollment fee shall be paid online through the payment page.
Special arrangements on modes of payment may be mutually agreed upon by the Students and CanadEx (e.g., payment by bank wire transfer, bank online transfer, email transfer, cash, different currency, etc.). |
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Student can cancel his/her enrollment within five (5) days of enrollment and get a full refund. The Students acknowledges that admission to any institution(s) in Canada and funding awards is at the sole discretion of the institution based on their assessment. Therefore, CanadEx does not guarantee admission and the award of funding.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute related to the CanadEx’s service to the Student in delivering the Scholarship Magnet Coaching Program, the Student and CanadEx are to make every effort to resolve the matter.
Confidentiality
All personal information and documents of the student obtained by CanadEx in the process of delivering the Scholarship Magnet Program will not be divulged to any third party, other than agents and employees of CanadEx, without prior consent of the Student, except as demanded by law.
The Student agrees to the use of electronic communication and storage of confidential information. CanadEx will use best efforts to maintain a high degree of security for electronic communication and information storage.
Force Majeure
CanadEx’s failure to perform any term of this Terms and Conditions, as a result of conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to change in admission and funding policies of the institutions, governmental policies and restrictions, or subsequent legislation, war, strikes, or acts of God, shall not be deemed a breach of this Terms and Conditions.
Termination
- This Agreement is considered terminated upon completion of tasks identified under section 1 of this agreement.
- This Terms and Condition is considered terminated if material changes occur to the Student’s application or eligibility, which makes it impossible to proceed with services detailed in section 1 and no refund of the enrollment fee shall be made.
Governing Law
This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and any dispute with respect to the Terms and Conditions shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the Province of Ontario.
Miscellaneous
This Terms and Conditions govern the relationship of the parties with respect to the Scholarship Magnet Coaching Program hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, warranties, representations, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, of the parties except as specifically set forth herein.
- This Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective agents or authorized representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
This Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically by CanadEx without prior consent of the Student.
- The provisions of this Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. If any provision of this Terms and Conditions shall be held unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- The Student acknowledge that he/she has had sufficient time to review this Terms and Conditions and has been given an opportunity to obtain independent legal advice prior to consenting to Terms and Conditions. In the event the Student did not seek independent legal advice prior to signing this Terms and Conditions, he/she did so voluntarily without any undue pressure and agrees that the failure to obtain independent legal advice shall not be used as a defence to the enforcement of obligations created by this Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, the Student acknowledges that he/she has received a copy of this Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by its terms.
- The Student hereby agrees and acknowledges that CanadEx is permitted to use the outcome of services rendered in delivering its Coaching Program (without compromising the Student’s personal information, privacy and confidentiality) for business promotional activities and marketing. Additionally, CanadEx may request the Student to do a review of its services, which will be used for business promotional and marketing.
